THE JURI-EUROP FIRM
JURI-EUROP, a firm located in the Britannia, 20 Boulevard Eugene Deruelle in Lyon 69003, was founded in 1986 by Gilles Piot-Mouny and Eric Jeantet.Mainly concerned at first with litigation in enterprises, the firm has evolved and is now organized around seven main fields of specialized activities, combining counselling and litigation, in order to offer our clients quality legal services on a wide spectrum.
JURI-EUROP has now three partners: Gilles Piot-Mouny, Eric Jeantet et François Loye and employs highly-successful lawyers and barristers to meet the needs of our clients: Fanny Roy, Cécile Pesson, Marie Saulot, Marie-Laure Cognon et Hélène Fernoux.
Our philosophy:
Our firm favours finding a mutual agreement before resorting to any legal proceedings, in the domain of Labour Law but also in the fields of Civil Law and Business Law. In that view , the experience of Eric Jeantet as a mediator and arbitrator is certainly an asset for our firm .
Moreover , it has been the wish of our founding partners to maintain a firm whose dimensions are on a"human scale" in order to allow our clients to establish an ongoing relationship with receptive and responsive interlo cutors.
